In a very close match against Pimperne, we managed to win 4-3. Man of the match: Ollie.

Here's our wonderful team who played three games last week. Although we lost the games, some great tries were scored and try-saving tackles (by tagging) were made.

We measured the length of arm spams and height. Ryan was standing on a chair! We need more measurements from home. Please get mums, dads,brothers and sisters! All measurements in centimetres please.

Juniper test the theory of air resistance and the variables that affect the speed an autogyro takes to reach the ground! The children changed various variables to discover what would make the longest drop time! It's all about surface area and mass. The greater the wing surface area and the smaller the mass the slower an auto gyro takes to reach the ground

Children busy planning their TV Adverts - The children have been busy preparing their persuasive adverts to encourage people to visit Shaftesbury. These are going to be filmed, on location on Park Walk on Friday and then put on the blog - watch this space ...

Auto Gyro Tastic - The children experimented with auto gyros today, after a safety talk about standing on tables the children changed variables that may affect the speed of drop of an auto gyro and then carried out the experiment. Check out the videos in the posts below!
