RRS - Apple Class Charter gets under way

Which articles from the UN Rights of the Child can we use in our class charter.....
Article 2 = We have all of these rights – some will help us become better learners and are specific to school. With these rights come responsibilities.

Article 12 and Article 13 = We can say what we think in lessons but the responsibility is that we do not say anything that will hurt or offend others. Our views must be taken seriously. Our contributions to lessons must be sensible.

Article 14 = We have the right to practice and believe the religion that we want to but we have the responsibility not to pressure others into our way of thinking. We must also not discriminate people of other religions.

Article 16 = We have the right to privacy and if we want to speak to an adult we can in private. The responsibility that comes with this is that we must not discuss things about other people which they consider private.

Article 23 = Children with disability have the right to the same experiences as any child. We have the responsibility to ensure everyone in our class is treated fairly and the same.

Article 28 = We have the right to an education but we are responsible for being the best we can be and ensuring we are a hob nob and not a one dip.

Article 29 = We have the right at school to develop our talents but we have the responsibility not to show off to our friends about them but to use them in a way to help and teach others our skills.

Article 30 = We all have the right to play but we have the responsibility to do this nicely, set a good example, follow school rules and get on with everybody.
