Today in Word Wizards, we focused on anger and how it makes us feel. We discussed strategies to use when we feel cross so that we manage these feelings appropriately. Think of a strategy which you use when you are angry. Tell someone at home or school about it and how successful it was in helping you to manage the feeling appropriately. What other strategies could you use?
