We experimented with the effects that exercise had on our breathing and our heart then discussed why we had these physical reactions. Ask your child how oxygen is transported around the body. They may just surprise you with how well they know the blood's journey through the heart, lungs and round the body! We are looking at the veins, arteries and capillaries next!
