So, the weather was better today.... We had showers, mixed in with a few down pours and the odd ray of sunshine! All the children tried everything today which was just awesome, even pony trekking and we had most people trotting, even those who had never sat on a horse before! The climbing wall and low ropes were also fab and despite a few bumps and scratches everyone is still in one piece! Team building was the last activity out of the 4 and I have to say that as a year group listening skills aren't great but after a bit of perseverance the children did pull it altogether and managed to work together on some tricky team building skills!
The evening was fun and all children enjoyed toasting marshmallows and retelling their best bits so far which for most was interestingly horse riding.... Which on Monday was the one they were least looking forward to.
Water sports day tomorrow and lots of rain forecast but who cares as we will be wet anyway! Everyone still has big smiles on their faces, even the staff so roll on Day 3!
